Debbie Pierce, President
Twenty years in marketing and advertising demonstrated to Debbie
Miller Pierce that something was missing. Creative shops weren’t concerned enough
about lead and revenue generation. Consultants couldn’t provide tactical direction
and implementation. In 2000, Debbie started MST Group (now MillerPierce) to fill
the gap. In the last 10 years, Debbie has more than accomplished her goal, conducting
countless successful marketing, research and operational programs for public utilities,
not-for-profit organizations and Fortune 500 organizations including DowElanco,
Caterpillar, Medtronic, Ansell, Sleep Comfort and 3M. Debbie’s expertise is shown
in her own business savvy – under her direction, MillerPierce has doubled in size
year-after-year, experienced little client turnover and exponentially added new and
innovative services to meet clients needs.

Meghann York Meenan, Director of Public Relations
Education: BA in Communications from Miami University
(Ohio)
What I do:
I have always been passionate about writing, so a career in public relations was
an obvious choice. Just like in marketing, the key to PR is seeing your message
through the eyes of your audience. I love searching for just the right angle that
will make the media bite on a story. I also love the part of my job where I get
to encourage companies to do good things for the people and communities they serve.
What you might not guess about me:
I was an inaugural member of the Aerial Orioles, my elementary school’s competitive
jump rope team. I could probably still do the extremely difficult “double under”
if I really tried, but don’t ask…at least not until our third or fourth meeting.

"If you have built castles in the air, your work need not be lost; that is where
they should be. Now put the foundations under them." - Henry David Thoreau, Walden

Daniel Mallinak, Director of IT
Education: Bachelor’s of Science from Indiana State
University - MIS/Business Administration major
What I do:
I am, at heart, a technologist. When a new software or hardware comes out, I’m the first to explore how it works and how I can use it on the job, to make everyone’s job easier and a little more interesting. I’m fluent in most programming languages, but my focus has been on developing and leading teams in the development of rich web enabled applications with .Net.
What you might not guess about me:
I enjoy sports and I’ve been fortunate to attend many major league baseball and NFL games over the years. But my passion doesn’t stop at baseball and football – I love attending just about any sporting event. I’m also an active volunteer mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters Central Indiana (BBBSCI) and several other non-profit organizations geared towards helping kids reach their full potential.
Words I live by:
"Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life. Don’t’ be trapped by dogma – which is living with the results of other people’s thinking. Don’t let the noise of others’ opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition." – Steve Jobs

public library at any given time), photography, traveling. I once back-packed solo
across Europe. I’ve been to 12 different countries in all and there is about a dozen
more I want to visit.

Being the wannabe programming geek that I am, I plan to pursue a B.S. of Information
Technology in Software Design sometime within the next year. I’m a musician and
love playing my guitar. In the summer, you’ll probably find me out on my Harley Street Glide
